Are your eBook's compatible with my eReader?
Our eBooks are compatible with the following readers:

BookFunnel (browser or app)
Bookfunnel released an app in late 2015 for Android and Kindle Fire devices that allowed readers to download books wirelessly to their devices. They've released a new version of the app for iOS in March 2020 to the App Store.
What is the delivery method for my digital order?
For digital products, you will receive a link to the email provided at checkout. The subject line will contain "BookFunnel", and the title of the book purchased.
To ensure there are no delivery problems, or the emails aren't going straight to your spam/junk folders, please whitelist the help@bookfunnel.com email. If the email is not in your junk folder, navigate to My.BookFunnel.com!
Buyers can log in with their purchase email on release day and download their book.
Why can't I download my digital order?
Buyers have 14 days to download the book files and can request additional time by visiting BookFunnel.com/help.
If it has not been more than 14 days, and you still cannot download your book, please fill out the Contact Us form with your order information. We'll assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
Shipping
What is the typical order processing time?
Processing Time:
- All products are currently made to order. Production typically takes 7-10 business days before shipment.
Estimated Shipping Time (After Production):
- U.S. Orders: 7-10 business days
- International Orders: We are limited to the U.S. at this time
- Delivery times may vary based on location, customs, and carrier delays.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Once received, it may take up to 24-48 business hours for the tracking information to update.
Bookish merchandise and apparel will not ship with your book order, as different printers print them. If you order books and merchandise, you will receive separate tracking numbers when they ship out (not at once.)
My package was lost or stolen?
In the rare event that your package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We will provide any necessary documentation to help resolve the issue.
My package was returned due to non-delivery?
If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address or failure to claim the package), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
My order arrived damaged?
(a) If the work is defective so that the Customer may in law reject it, the Customer must advise the Company within seven (7) working days of delivery, failing which the customer will be deemed to have accepted the work.
(b) ‘Defective’ is defined as manufacturing faults occurring outside of the normal digital manufacturing process.
Fill out the Contact Us form with the following information:
- Order number
- Details of quantity and of damage
- Images of the defect/damage. If this was damaged in transit, both an image of the received package and damaged books would be beneficial.
Once this information has been provided and reviewed by the team, we can offer to resolve the issue by provide a replacement or issue a refund.
Returns & Refunds
What Is Your Return & Refund Policy on physical items?
Since our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Keep scrolling for digital refund terms.
Eligible Refunds or Replacements:
We will replace or refund physical items if:
- The item arrives damaged or misprinted (must be reported within 7 days of delivery).
- The wrong item was sent due to a fulfillment mistake.
To request a refund or replacement:
- Email us at support@mdwpress.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We will process your request within 3-5 business days and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size/color chosen)
- Delayed shipping due to carrier issues
- Incorrect address provided by the customer

Can I get a refund for an eBook or audiobook?
Digital sales (audiobooks and eBooks) are final. Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate purchases: If a customer accidentally purchases the same eBook or audiobook multiple times, we will issue a refund for the duplicate purchase(s) upon verification.
- Technical issues: If the eBook or audiobook file is corrupted or inaccessible despite reasonable attempts to resolve the issue, we will issue a refund or provide a replacement copy.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation window for all print books and merchandise:
Within 1 Hour of Purchase:
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact usimmediately at support@mdwpress.com. While we will try to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellation due to the printer's quick acceptance of orders.
After 1 Hour of Purchase:
- Orders that have progressed beyond the initial stages cannotbe canceled. Once production has commenced, cancellation is no longer possible.
Post-Production Cancellations:
- If production has started, cancellation is not feasible. However, if you encounter any issues upon receiving your order, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.
